Restaurant Concept
Opened in 2011, our concept is a Tokyo-style Italian restaurant. Italian restaurants in Japan are considered among the best in the world. Chef Kengo established this restaurant to offer a unique blend of Japanese Italian cuisine tailored to American tastes. Please note, however, that our restaurant is not a fusion of Italian and Japanese cuisine.
